I haven’t posted any pictures over here in awhile. I’ll be honest with you. I haven’t felt I’ve been able to edit in awhile. I usually rely on the time when my better half is home to use to edit because I’m a little uncomfortable doing it when it’s just the three boys and me. They already outnumber me. Add the distraction of photoshop to the mix and nobody gets my best. They don’t and the images don’t. It’s a lose-lose situation. The only thing is – my husband has been extraordinarily busy lately. I’ve hardly seen him.
But he was home today so I pulled out a session that’s going in the mail tomorrow to play with before I put the disk in the mail. This one was begging for some texture. I’m absolutely loving this little man’s eyes.
And it’s perfectly understandable if texture isn’t your thing. I happen to love it but I know not everyone does. Here is the same photo without texture. Yes, I know I blew the sky out and it bleeds into the white background. It was on purpose but I’ll admit that it does look a little odd on the blog.
